This Strand home renovation was a full interior transformation designed to improve flow, function, and everyday living. The original three-bedroom layout was reconfigured into a two-bedroom home with a dedicated office, a laundry room, and a scullery to create better working space and smarter storage.

Inside, we completed a full kitchen rebuild along with upgrades to the lounge area, delivering a fresh, modern finish that still feels practical and lived-in. New tiling was installed throughout for a clean, cohesive look, and we added a feature wall with a brick-style finish to bring texture and character into the main living space.

The renovation included all associated fittings and finish work, as well as the electrical, plumbing, and detail adjustments needed to ensure everything worked properly and looked right. We also refreshed and tidied both the front and back courtyards to make the outdoor spaces feel more usable and low-maintenance.

To complete the project, we reworked the garage area by converting two garages and extending one of them to improve space and access. From planning through to final touches, this was a complete home renovation focused on better layout, better function, and a solid finish.
