The Brief

For our client in Strand we reconfigured the original three-bedroom layout into a two-bedroom home with a dedicated office, laundry room and scullery — better working space and smarter storage, built around how the family actually lives.

The scope covered a full kitchen redesign and rebuild, a lounge refresh, new tiling and flooring throughout, a brick-finish feature wall, and all the electrical, plumbing and detail work needed to make sure everything worked properly and looked right — plus a refresh of the front and back courtyards and a garage reconfiguration.
